How We Are Governed

Our Board of Directors is responsible for the overall management of the organisation. The Board of eleven is elected by the company membership (national voluntary youth organisations and Scottish local authorities), and is composed of:

• 3 representatives from local authorities.
• 3 representatives from voluntary sector.
• 2 representatives from the Scottish Youth Parliament.
• Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer.
• 3 co-options.
