This section contains details of current consultations which YouthLink Scotland has been invited to submit responses to by the Scottish Executive, the UK Government and by other key agencies, and copies of YouthLink Scotland's responses to key consultations on issues affecting the youth work sector and young people in Scotland.
YouthLink Scotland has responded on behalf of member organisations to a wide range of consultations launched by the Scottish Executive, UK Government Departments and by other key agencies such as the Big Lottery Fund. Recent YouthLink Scotland submissions include responses to, for example, the Scottish Executive's consultations on Community Justice Authorities and on Enhancing Sexual Well-being in Scotland: A Sexual Health and Relationships Strategy. Other recent consultation responses include YouthLink Scotland’s submission to the Department for Education and Skills’ consultation: Making Safeguarding Everybody’s Business: A Post-Bichard Vetting Scheme, and to the Big Lottery Fund Scotland Phase two consultation, Developing our outcomes and priorities.
YouthLink Scotland will use this section to alert member organisations to the launch of key consultations, and to invite member organisations to contribute to YouthLink Scotland's responses to these contributions.
